JJ SPORT — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Refunds

All sales are final. JJ Sport does not provide refunds.

7-Day Exchange Period

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that:

• The original receipt or proof of purchase is presented.

• The merchandise is unused, unopened and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, labels and accessories are included.

• The replacement product is available.

• The customer pays any price difference.

No cash refunds or store credit will be issued.

Racquets — Final Sale

All racquet sales are final. Racquets cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct model, weight, grip size, colour and product specifications before completing the purchase.

This policy applies whether or not the racquet has been used, strung, regripped, customized or removed from its original packaging.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale:

• All racquets

• Custom and special-order products

• Clearance and final-sale merchandise

• Opened, used or altered products

• Installed grips, strings and accessories

• Completed stringing and labour services

• Gift cards

Defective Products and Manufacturer Warranty

Products believed to have a manufacturing defect may be submitted to JJ Sport for inspection and possible manufacturer warranty processing.

Warranty approval is determined by the manufacturer. JJ Sport does not guarantee replacement, exchange or warranty approval.

Damage caused by impact, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper care, unauthorized modification, improper stringing or stringing above the manufacturer’s recommended tension is not considered a manufacturing defect.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required under applicable law.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this Return and Exchange Policy.
