Thank you for shopping with JJ Sport. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping options, rates, processing times, and restrictions.

1. Shipping Within Canada

JJ Sport currently ships to eligible addresses within Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and products ordered.

2. Free Shipping on Orders Over $200

We offer free standard shipping within Canada on eligible orders of $200 CAD or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Shuttlecock Exclusion

Shuttlecocks are not eligible for free shipping.

Due to their package size and shipping requirements, orders containing shuttlecocks will be charged shipping regardless of the total order value.

This means that an order containing shuttlecocks will not qualify for free shipping even if the order total is over $200.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

3. United States Shipping

Shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended.

We are currently not accepting or fulfilling orders requiring shipment to U.S. addresses.

We may resume U.S. shipping in the future. Any updates will be reflected on our website and at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment as soon as reasonably possible after payment has been confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on:

• product availability;

• order volume;

• weekends and holidays;

• weather conditions; and

• other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by JJ Sport and/or the applicable shipping carrier.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, and other factors outside our control.

JJ Sport is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been handed over for delivery.

6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or returned shipment may be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with the carrier investigation or claim process.

Please keep all packaging and take photographs of any visible damage to the package and products, as these may be required to process a shipping claim.

9. In-Store Pickup

Where available, customers may select in-store pickup at checkout instead of shipping.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the store.
